Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups are a quick, kid-friendly snack featuring gooey cheese and savory pepperoni wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Ready in just 20 minutes, these roll-ups are perfect for busy afternoons, parties, or anytime you crave a comforting, homemade treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2432 slices pepperoni (regular or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a floured surface and separate into 8 triangles. For crispier roll-ups, lightly roll each triangle to flatten.
  3. Sprinkle each triangle with about 2 tablespoons mozzarella and a pinch of Parmesan cheese. Lay 3–4 slices of pepperoni on the wide end. Add parsley and Italian seasoning if desired.
  4. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward the point, tucking in cheese and pepperoni. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Optional: Brush tops with melted butter or beaten egg. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 11–13 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For gluten-free, use gluten-free crescent roll dough. Swap regular pepperoni for turkey for lower fat. Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition. Seal edges well to prevent cheese leakage. Rotate pan halfway through baking for even browning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
