Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Slice the cheese into small, thin squares, about 1 inch by 1 inch.
  4. Place the cheese squares on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, keeping an eye on them after the 25-minute mark. The cheese should puff up and turn golden brown.
  6. Remove the puffs from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool.
