Quick Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups

These cheesy pepperoni roll-ups are a quick and easy appetizer perfect for any occasion. With flaky crescent dough, savory pepperoni, and gooey cheese, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Pinch any tears back together.
  3. Place 2 slices of pepperoni and a small handful of shredded mozzarella cheese near the wider end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough, starting at the wider end and rolling toward the smaller point. Tuck in any loose cheese or pepperoni.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each roll-up.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overfill the roll-ups to prevent them from being hard to seal. Seal the edges tightly to minimize cheese leakage. Serve with warm marinara sauce for the best experience.
