A rich, creamy, and spicy dip that’s perfect for parties and ready in just 20 minutes. This crowd-pleaser pairs beautifully with chips, veggies, or crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tbsp hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Tortilla chips or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the hot sauce, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the dip mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with extra diced jalapeños or smoked paprika, and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes to prevent lumps. Adjust the spice level by reducing the hot sauce or using mild jalapeños. Prepare ahead of time and bake just before serving for maximum freshness.
