Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish
  • Sliced jalapeños, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the hot sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese using a spatula. Mix well but avoid over-stirring.
  4. Gently stir in the sliced green onions. Add parsley or jalapeños if desired.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with extra green onions, parsley, or jalapeños. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Chilling the dip enhances the flavors. Adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more hot sauce or jalapeños.
