This grilled peach crostini recipe is the ultimate summertime appetizer, combining sweet, savory, and tangy flavors with creamy burrata, grilled peaches, and a drizzle of honey on crispy crostini.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh peaches (ripe but firm)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high. If using a grill pan, preheat it over medium heat.
  2. Slice the baguette into thin rounds (about Β½ inch thick). Brush each side with olive oil.
  3. Place the baguette slices directly on the grill grates or grill pan. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and slightly charred. Set aside.
  4. Halve and pit the peaches. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  5. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes, until softened and grill marks appear. Remove and let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
  6. Spread burrata onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with 2-3 peach wedges.
  7. Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the crostini. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately. These crostini are best enjoyed warm but are also delicious at room temperature.

Notes

For extra caramelization, sprinkle a little brown sugar on the peaches before grilling. Use ripe but firm peaches for the best results. Assemble the crostini just before serving to maintain the texture.
