A creamy, spicy, and slightly sweet pasta dish with juicy chicken and tender noodles, perfect for quick and satisfying weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 oz of spaghetti or your preferred pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp Sriracha, 1 tbsp lime juice, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  3. On a cutting board, cut 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the chicken, then pour the Bang Bang sauce over the top. Use tongs to toss everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with fresh chopped parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes

[‘If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to thin it out.’, ‘Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of Sriracha.’, ‘Use fresh garnishes like parsley or green onions for added brightness and flavor.’]
