Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and active dry yeast.
  2. Slowly add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease your baking pan with olive oil.
