  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (35g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup (50g) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and flour to form a crumbly dough. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and flour, and mix until fully combined.
