  • 1/2 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: crushed walnuts, drizzle of honey, sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: bring feta cheese to room temperature, mince garlic, and measure out pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, and spices.
  2. Add feta cheese to a food processor and blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Drizzle in 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil if needed.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey, garlic, and pumpkin pie spice to the food processor. Blend until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  5. Transfer the dip to a shallow serving dish and create swirls on the surface for presentation.
  6. Optional: garnish with olive oil, crushed walnuts, or roasted pumpkin seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with dippers like pita chips, fresh veggies, or crusty bread.
