Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and let the feta cheese come to room temperature.
  2. Add the feta cheese to a food processor or blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the whipped feta and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in the pumpkin puree and pulse until the mixture is velvety smooth.
  5. Drizzle in olive oil, honey, and add garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until spices are evenly distributed.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness or smoked paprika for spice.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, smooth out the surface, and garnish with olive oil and optional toppings like nuts, herbs, or pomegranate seeds.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Let the dip come to room temperature before serving.
