A quick and easy frozen snack made with just three ingredients: Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey. These creamy, bite-sized treats are perfect for a refreshing, healthy snack or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 cup (150 grams) fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (240 ml) of plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of honey. Stir gently but thoroughly until the honey is fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy and slightly glossy.
  2. Carefully fold 1 cup (150 grams) of fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture, taking care not to crush the berries to keep their shape and juicy bursts intact.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin pan, aiming for about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per portion. If using a muffin pan, line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the tray or pan flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen solid, pop the bites out of the tray and transfer them into a zip-top bag or airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture; fold blueberries gently to avoid crushing; freeze flat and level for even freezing; store in airtight containers to prevent freezer burn; best eaten straight from freezer or after 5 minutes at room temperature for softer bites.
