Easy Refreshing Capri Sun Popsicles Recipe 3 Ingredients Kids Love

Capri Sun popsicles - featured image

A quick and simple recipe to make refreshing popsicles using Capri Sun juice pouches, water, and optional sweetener. Perfect for kids and summer treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Capri Sun juice pouch liquid (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Optional: small pieces of fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and equipment. Measure out 1 cup (240 ml) of Capri Sun juice pouch liquid. If using multiple flavors, mix them for a fun combo.
  2. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) water to the juice. Stir gently to combine. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup and mix well.
  3. Using a funnel, refill the empty Capri Sun pouches or pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top for expansion when freezing. If adding fresh fruit pieces, drop them into the pouches or molds before filling.
  4. Seal the pouches tightly or cover the molds with lids or foil. Use clips or tape to secure the pouch tops to prevent leaks.
  5. Place the filled pouches or molds upright in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. To serve, run the pouch under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle for easy removal. Be careful not to leave it too long or the popsicle will melt.

Notes

Diluting the juice with water prevents the popsicles from freezing into a solid block and makes them easier to bite. Seal pouches tightly to avoid freezer leaks. Use a funnel to fill pouches neatly. Freeze overnight for best texture. You can also freeze in paper cups with sticks if molds are unavailable.
