Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base (5 minutes): In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (245 g) Greek yogurt with ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon (20 ml) honey. Stir gently until fully blended and creamy.
  2. Prep the Fruits (5 minutes): Rinse ½ cup (75 g) strawberries and ½ cup (75 g) blueberries. Hull and slice the strawberries. Pat berries dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toast Nuts (optional, 3-4 minutes): Toss 2 tablespoons (15 g) almonds or walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool.
  4. Assemble the Bowl (2 minutes): Spoon the honey-vanilla yogurt into a serving bowl. Arrange sliced strawberries and blueberries on top. Sprinkle toasted nuts and 1 teaspoon chia seeds evenly over the fruits.
  5. Add Final Touches (1 minute): Drizzle extra honey if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve Immediately or Chill: Optionally chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
