These White Chocolate Caramel Chunk Cookies combine creamy white chocolate and gooey caramel for a sweet, indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup (170g) caramel chunks
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Gently fold in white chocolate chunks and caramel chunks.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look slightly underdone.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better shape and enhanced flavor. Use parchment paper to prevent caramel chunks from sticking to the baking sheet.
