  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle milk chocolate chips evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  5. Scatter mini marshmallows generously over the chocolate layer, ensuring they cover the entire surface.
  6. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows and chocolate.
  7. Place the baking dish back in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Remove the dish from the oven and let the bars cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the dish. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve.
