Buttery, crunchy, and loaded with savory flavor, these Parmesan Garlic Ranch Ritz Crackers are an easy party snack made with pantry staples. Perfect for game nights, gatherings, or late-night munchies, they come together in under 20 minutes and are always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Ritz crackers (13.7 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, ranch seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley (if using), and black pepper (if using). Stir until well mixed.
  4. Add Ritz crackers to the bowl and gently toss until all crackers are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, tossing gently once halfway through, until crackers are lightly golden and cheese is crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes to crisp up.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store cooled crackers in an airtight container.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated parmesan and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. Crackers crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days; refresh in the oven if needed. Easily adaptable for gluten-free or dairy-free diets by swapping crackers and butter/cheese. Flavor intensifies after sitting overnight.
